Apparel Processing Export Zone, Leather Processing Export Zone have been approved to emerge in the area in near future. Besides industries setting their footholds in Bhiwadi, other facilities like Banks, Schools, Shopping Malls etc. are also available in plenty. Major Schools like Sager School, Arihant Inernational School, Trigat International School. These are already established in Bhiwadi. Famous MNC’s like Mahindra, General Motors, Samsung, Toyota, etc.are setting up their plants in Bhiwadi.
The most significant development in Bhiwadi is the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) incorporating nine mega Industrial Zones of about 200-250 sq km with Japanese Collaboration which shall has high speed freight line, three ports and six major airports, six lane intersecting–free expressways.
DMIC will be a catalyst for massive industrialization in Bhiwadi. Bhiwadi is well connected with NH8 (Delhi Jaipur Highway) SH25 (Alwar-Bhiwadi Road) and Rewari-Sohna Road, Rewari Railway Junction is only 20 minutes away while it takes only 1 hour to Domestic and International Airport of Delhi. All in all well connected Township of Bhiwadi keeps you in touch with world without the noise and pollution of a metro city. Major highway coming from Kashola Chowk to Tapukhera to NH8 and another 100mtr. Road from Neemrana to maseet which are 8-10kms distance from sight. Proposed Cargo airport is 2km away from our site.
One of the main factors which has been beneficial to real estate development in Bhiwadi is proximity to NH-8. Moreover, several real estate projects are coming along the Alwar Bypass Road such as “RLF – Mapple Greens” & “RLF City “to name a few. This four lane mega highway with 200 feet will connect to NH-8. Moreover, the upcoming eight lane Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) which also connects to Gurgaon will pass by Bhiwadi. This besides a Dedicated Freight Corridor (DMC) is part of a mega project worth 90 billion US dollar. Financial and technical aid for the same will also come from Japan. To add to this, a rapid rail transit system has also been proposed. This is likely to enhance connectivity between Delhi, Gurgaon and Bhiwadi.
Bhiwadi is also home to a number of Reputed Educational Institutions like Modern Public School, St Xavier School, Starex International School, DPS, UCSKM and Presidency, The International School, which cater to the educational needs of the region and are a good option for quality education.
But today Brand Bhiwadi stands for quality living at affordable values, amongst other things.
Comparatively low land prices, increasing housing demand, and good connectivity with Gurgaon and other parts of the NCR have attracted the attention of various reputed developers to launch residential projects in and around Bhiwadi.
Conclusion for Bhiwadi
There is no denying that Bhiwadi is still a developing area and requires lots of incentives, investments and infrastructure development to truly make its mark in the national capital region and be called a city of the future. But the pace at which it is developing is commendable, and that alone makes it a suitable option for investment.
